Window Cleaning FAQs
- Why is the glass wet when we finish using the Pole Fed System?
The system uses purified deionised water which dries, leaving a sparkling finish with no residue
- Do I need to be at home when you come to clean my windows?It’s generally not necessary that you’re at home when we call out for exterior cleaning, only if access to the rear of the property is gained through the house. Yes, you’ll need to be home for any interior work to commence.
- Do I need to book my window cleaining appointment far in advance?We use a rotational schedule by area and will contact you a few days before we begin work in your area. We can accommodate one-off cleaning if requested.
- How long does it take?Most domestic jobs will be completed within an hour, larger scale domestic, commercial and detailed interior work will be longer.
- Can you come to me regularly?Our main business is repeat and regularly scheduled. We guarantee that once we’ve cleaned your windows you will be a repeat customer!!
